We use google analytics software to help measure traffic patterns to, from, and within our website. Google analytics anonymously monitors IP addresses and aggregates website statistics such as number of page views, the number of visitors, time spent on our site, browser types, and common entry and exit points into and from the website.
All information is aggregated by google analytics and provided to us to help us better understand usage of our website – no individual visitors are identified. Google analytics is a leader in the internet industry and their systems have been adopted as an accepted website traffic measurement standard amongst major internet sites.
Reports we receive from google analytics may include the following features:
- analysis of our paid digital advertising on other websites. This gives us insight into advertising views and helps us optimise and tailor our advertising.
- analysis of our website use relating to visitor age, gender and interests overall. This anonymised information helps us to understand browsing behaviour to help us with our marketing and give visitors a better experience whilst visiting our site.
- integration of our advertising and website analysis. This allows us to tailor our advertising to ensure the right types of offers are shown to you while you are using the internet outside our website.

J D Hoyland Builders Limited (JDH) holds a current Public Liability policy for $2,000,000 Limit of indemnity through the CPF Facility (NZI, Vero, Allianz). An insurance certificate can be provided upon request. JDH does not hold a contract works insurance cover for contracts that involve renovations or any contract works to existing structures – both commercial and residential. If the contract relates to a renovation or work on/to an existing structure it is the responsibility of the property owner to contact their insurer to arrange the appropriate contract works insurance – JDH reverses the right to request confirmation of this to ensure cover is in place prior to a contract beginning.
